What happens after you book?
After submitting your booking form, a Polyvision Productions team member will contact you within one business day to confirm availability and schedule a complimentary pre-session consultation. During this consultation, we will finalize the shoot location, discuss wardrobe and styling guidance, align on mood and editing style, review the session timeline, answer all your questions, and collect a deposit to officially secure your date.
You will then receive a formal session agreement and a detailed Welcome Guide by email outlining exactly how to prepare – what to wear, how to coordinate outfits for group sessions, what to bring on location, how to prepare children or pets, and what to expect on shoot day. Our goal is for every client to arrive feeling fully prepared, relaxed, and genuinely excited. From first inquiry to final image delivery, we promise a seamless, personal, and extraordinary experience.
